- Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information (email, phone number, and business details) when creating an account.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Billing: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
- Fee Changes: GrowSales.io reserves the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice.

- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the GrowSales.io infrastructure.
- Use the Service to send "spam" or unsolicited commercial communications in violation of anti-spam laws.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by you), features, and functionality (including the GrowSales.io logo and UI design) are and will remain the exclusive property of GrowSales and its licensors.
6. User Data & Content
- Ownership: You retain all rights to the business data and chat conversations you upload to the platform.
- License: You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the Service and support to you.
- Offboarding: Upon termination, your business data and chat history will be deleted in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GrowSales, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Any unauthorized access to our servers and/or personal information stored therein.
- Interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
8. Service "As Is"
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
