1. Scope of Deletion (Offboarding)
When a business account is closed, or a client officially offboards from the GrowSales.io platform, the following data is marked for permanent deletion:
- Business Operational Data: All uploaded lead lists, sales pipelines, revenue data, and proprietary business metrics.
- Communication History: All chat conversations, support tickets, and internal interaction logs associated with the business entity.
- System Configurations: Any custom workflows, API integrations, or personalized dashboard settings.
2. Marketing Retention (Business Owners)
While operational data is purged, GrowSales.io retains the Contact Details of Business Owners (specifically Name and Email Address) for the following purposes:
- Providing updates on new platform features or industry insights.
- Re-engagement offers.
- Transactional records required for tax and audit compliance.
3. The "Opt-Out" Process
We believe in your right to total digital removal. If a business owner wishes to have their contact details removed from our marketing database as well, they may:
- Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email.

Upon receipt of this request, all remaining personal contact details will be deleted from our marketing systems within 7 business days.
4. Third-Party Sharing Guarantee
GrowSales.io maintains a strict No-Sales, No-Sharing Policy:
- We do not sell, lease, or trade your business data or contact information to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or partners.
- Data is used exclusively by GrowSales.io to provide services and communicate directly with you.
5. Data Security During Deletion
All deletion processes are handled via secure cryptographic erasure. Once data is removed from our production environment, it cannot be recovered by GrowSales.io staff or any former users.
